Returns

Customers should reach out within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. Those charges will be deducted from the refund. Items must be returned in new, re-sellable condition in their original unopened packaging, or refunds won’t be issued, Assembled Coilovers / Struts are not eligible for returns. Defective products or products with issues must be first discussed with Dobinsons in case there is a more simple resolution to solve the problem.

Customers returning items because they changed their mind, bought the wrong size, or simply don’t need it any more are still responsible for return shipping fees plus the 20% restocking fee. Used or installed products cannot be returned.

Anything shipped by truck freight will result in a 20% restocking fee, plus the original outbound shipping and return shipping costs (R190-R300 approximately), due to the high costs of shipments by truck freight..

For products returned that cannot be refunded, the buyer will be contacted to either have the product returned to them at their expense, or the items will be disposed of.

Cancellations

Customers should reach out via email. Customers are responsible for a 5% cancellation fee.

Special orders made are non refundable.
Overnight Shipping – Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day.

In-Transit Time – Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or SA Holidays.

Free Shipping – Orders must equal or exceed R5000.00 after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the free delivery.

Missed collection – A missed collection is when you or a designated person is not available to receive the parcel from our hand to hand couriers.

Couriers will attempt delivery twice on the agreed delivery. On the third or additional delivery attempts an additional fee will have to be paid prior to delivery . This is approx. R180 per attempt.

Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days from the day the package is shipped (excluding holidays and inclement weather delays).
